If something isn't working, or you're not sure how to do something, there are a few ways to get an answer.

Look it up

• These docs describe everything Songstead does. The menu on the left lists every page.
• Tutorials has step-by-step guides with short videos for the things people ask about most, like creating a song, importing a library, autoscroll and annotations.

Ask an AI assistant

Every page of these docs is also published for AI assistants. If you use Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant, give it this address and ask your question:

Email us

Email contact@songstead.app about anything: a question about your account, your plan or your group, something that's broken, an idea, or an import that didn't go right. Replies usually come back within a day or two.

To help us help you quickly:

• For something broken, say what you were doing, what happened instead, and which device and browser or app you were using. A screenshot helps a lot.
• For an import that went wrong, attach the file you were importing, and we'll look at it directly.

Ask the community

The Songstead community on Facebook is a group of musicians who use Songstead. It's a good place to ask how other people set things up, share tips, and hear about what's new.

Suggest a feature

Songstead is built around the people who use it. If something would make your rehearsal or your gig easier, email us or post in the community, even if it seems small.
